What are my chances of getting a scholarship at U of Illinois @ Urbana/Champaign for engineering?

Where are you an instate resident? You have created several threads…about chances for scholarships at public universities.
You have terrific stats…but really many public universities do not award many merit scholarships to OOS students.
And if they do, they are highly competitive.
UIUC sucks in aids. They do have very limited number of merit scholarships and are very hard to get even with near perfect stat.
Yep, UIUC barely gives in-state students $.
