illuminated make up mirror?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good illuminated make up mirror? I am hoping to stay around $100 or less. I checked amazon and bed bath and beyond and it seems like everybody is complaining that the lights aren’t bright enough, and I don’t know where else to look for that sort of thing. I don’t use magnification, I just need a mirror with a good light for the bathroom counter. Bathroom lighting is very dim. I’m currently using a hand mirror propped up against a desk lamp. :(

ETA: Whoops, meant to put this in the cafe. Sorry!

^^^Can’t help you. The older I get, the dimmer I want the light. :o

Costco has one for a low price; I have no idea how good it is, but you could return it easily if it did not work out.

I bought mine at TJ Maxx. Whole lot cheaper than your budget. You could probably buy 3 or 4 for $100!

I thought so, too, I originally figured I’d spend $30-$50 tops but all I’ve seen so far in that price range is an iffy looking conair. I found one conair on amazon that had really good reviews, but it looks like a LOT of people place these on a vanity with its own lighting. Our bathroom is SUPER dim and I’m doing my make up standing at the counter, so leaning over to the mirror is casting a shadow and I’m practically doing my make up in the dark.

I had to replace my trusty and very, very old Clairol mirror and every mirror I looked at wasn’t bright enough, but then I found these:

The secret is the T5 Fluorescent Bulb.

The travel mirror could certainly be used at home too.

I bought directly from Floxite without any issues.

The mirrors are super bright, and I’m seeing stuff I never knew existed before.
