<p>Before nursing school I held a 4.0 GPA. After 2 semesters of nursing school … I am hanging by a thread to a dear 3.06. </p>
<p>In fact… its most of my classmates. Passing has become our simple goal.</p>
<p>This is hard for me to accept. I come from making A+ in hard sciences and social sciences. </p>
<p>It doesn’t help seeing all my non nursing friends posting how they have 3.8s & 4.0s … when it appears they clearly don’t even study as much. ):</p>
<p>I’m usually at the library or at the hospital. </p>
<p>I don’t sleep before my 12 hour clinicals because I have to complete patient careplans that take nearly 12 hours to complete… within is a detailed explanation of the: Diseases/drugs/assessments/labs/pathology/education. </p>
<p>I needed to vent.</p>
