I recently completed my drone FAA test and got a 92 so I wanted to know how I can monetize and get an activity for myself going so if any FAA pilots have any tips it would be really appreciated. I was thinking of real estate and taking aerial photos for listings.
Can you get certified to teach others how to operate drones ?
In my area, Door Dash/Postmates are using drones to deliver food! They are starting with restaurants in a shopping complex down the road from me and doing a 4-mile radius. It’s pretty cool. The drones are staged in a grassy area in the complex. Maybe reach out to those companies and see if they are considering doing that in your area.
Have drones ask people out or similar with a letter delivered to the person at like their practice or something. This will have a good chance of going viral. I want 10%for the idea.

See if any realtors want drone photos of properties they are listing, especially big ones (2-3 acres), ones with a unique feature such as a creek or water fountains, pool, great backyard. A bazillion years ago a friend paid an airplane company to take an aerial view of his house/yard after he cut it (with a design in the grass).
If you are good at photography, you could try other things like photos of teams, games, family reunions. Real estate might be easier as it isn’t moving.
One I think would be really cool is a photo of a group on a boat.

Could you do aerial photos of your own house as a sample of your work…then see if you can talk to some real estate agents about doing this? Show them your work!

These are all great Ideas I would just have to figure out how to do outreach but I think I can get that down thanks.
I am just thinking out of the box here. Asking out for the dance /prom /dates /etc/going out to the game night. Etc etc.
