<p>I’m going to be transfering from a Community College, I want to try and get good grades and do research projects, try to win awards…etc </p>
<p>I want to be able to go to MIT, however I’m not sure how you would start to ask a professor if you want to do a research project… What do you ask them if you want to do a project, it’s not as if you can just say “Hey do u have any projects” because 1. that is kind of offtopic. 2. i don’t know if that’s appropriate, so what im asking is what is the appropriate way to ask for research projects, competitions (programming), and award stuff.</p>
