I'm great except for standardized testing

I’m a senior in high school with a 4.0 GPA and a grade GPA of something over a 96.30 and am 4/255 in my class. I have been in the Honors system since the 9th grade and have taken the follow honors courses: Biology, 9th Lit, Algebra 2, Chemistry, American Lit, Geometry and the following AP courses: US History, AP Language, Biology, and Calculus. My grades are obviously good with a 4.0 GPA however my SAT scores are not the same. I currently have a 1610 (CR:520, M:610, R:510). I’m just not a good test taker. I’m extremely involved in extracurricular activities such as band, drama, National Honor Society, etc. I even attended the Governor’s Honors Program in Georgia this summer. It’s a very prestigious 6 week long program where the brightest kids from around the state of Georgia go to learn and experience learning like no other. I’m wondering if I can get in to the University of Georgia. Their 50% of freshman have the SAT scores of 1800-2080.

I really want to get in, but will I be able to?
