Im I taking a hard course load to transfer for next year??

Im going to be a freshman this upcoming fall and I am looking to transfer for sophomore standing. I did really bad high school year with a 3.2. If I take a hard course load and get a 4.0(yes I know its hard, especially since I did bad in HS), and also have great EC and involvement. What schools should I be applying too and do I have a chance for top schools. My classes are listed below so if you can tell me or not if im challenging my self that would be great. Im trying to do mostly core classes and its kinda hard to take advance classes since I did not get much AP credit in HS. I know I will only have a semester worth of grades and my mid year report but will that be enough? I know schools like boston university have a lot more importance on college work than high school I was looking at schools that I might have a chance. UVA is also my dream school so would I have a chance there? Thanks!!!
