<p>It’s online at <a href=“http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu%5B/url%5D”>http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu</a> It’s going to be up Nov. 1~30. Click on admissions and the application should be in the side menu that pops up (when it DOES come out)</p>
<p>I thought it comes out Oct 1.</p>
<p>The application statement is posted online a month before. The website starts accepting applications during November 1-30th.</p>
