I’m no genius, but I went to a great high school and have taken 7 APs, got 5’s on every AP exam I’ve taken to date, am Student Government President, do 3 plays a year, have a 3.89 weighted gpa, 3.73 unweighted, and got 2020 on my SATS. My family definitely needs ALOT of financial assistance, could that be the only reason I was admitted through HEOP?
HEOP is for economically disadvantaged students, too, which, if you need financial assistance, describes your situation. That’s not the ONLY reason you got in…colleges love to have wonderfully qualified students like you get in through the HEOP program. You’re obviously a great candidate for any college, HEOP or no HEOP.
