I’m no expert, but if they really do a holistic review of your file, I think you have a good shot! I hope it works out for you. ;)

Thanks a lot…im really freaking out.

Anyone else please? :-)

Your chances are excellent. Good luck.

Btw:your HS reeks of grade inflation, if 9% of the class has a 4.0…

For comparison, the top 5% in our public in SoCal has a ~3.8. That is, the #28 out of a class 550 only has a 3.8.

GPA: Good
ACT: Good
APs: Good
ECs: Good

I suspect you have a very good chance of acceptance. Now to the important part…

I’ve done my part so, bring a black rolling satchel filled with $1,000,000 in small unmarked bills to the Copley Square stop of the Green Line at precisely 2:47 PM today. Wear only a red fez with a green tassel and a purple Speedo swimsuit. Look directly at the train tracks. You will be contacted with further instructions.

Not sure whats up with my high school as far as a grades…I always tackle the hardest courses I can. We’ve never had this situation here before-- just my class.

@vinceh, I’ll be awaiting your call.

@maserrano what major do you want to study in BC?

I applied Biochem/CAS

Anyone elseeeee haha?

I’d say BC is a match for you. good luck!

I think you should take some time off CC until decisions come out. Asking for chances this close to decisions is obsessive.

I think you’ll get a favorable decision, but weirder things have happened.

looks good! did you apply REA? I hear it’s tougher to get in that way, but getting deferred always give you a second chance! I don’t think that’ll be your case though. Is this your top school?

Yep, definitely my top. Also applying to G’town, Tufts, BU, etc.

cool. also, not all colleges can accept “the perfect applicant” so you could always be the person that fits exactly and for one reason or not, not get in. i’m not trying to put you down or worry you more, but honestly it’s all up to the admissions committee! anything could happen!

why are you so worried??!! you will def be getting a letter with a 4.0 gpa and great ECs, i don’t see why not!! don’t worry so much though; you’re making me worried about my chances!!! :)

Don’t stress…I’m a worry wart. I’m sorry…

nah, it’s okay maserrano! you should be proud of yourself, lol! don’t feel bad!! :)

Thanks guys…do you think my rank will hurt me?
