So I just got admitted to Penn State Altoona as a transfer and I’m only staying there for one semester (Fall 2017). After that, I’ll be transferring to University Park for the rest of my semesters until I get my bachelor’s. I’ll be living in state college though and commuting to Altoona just for one semester. Penn State Altoona doesn’t offer half as much clubs and IM sports as University Park does…am I allowed to join clubs and participate in the IM sports at University Park? And if not, is there anyway I could ask someone from that department to grant me access to these clubs and extracurricular activities?
