<p>I turned in my application on October 31, but I learned today that my teacher failed to send in her recommendation until today (by mail). I’m still good, right? They take test scores after November 1st, so a later recommendation should be OK, right?.</p>
<p>Considering it’s not completely your responsibility that your teacher didn’t submit it on time, they should be lenient and it shouldn’t count against you in any way, shape, or form.</p>

<p>Thanks everyone. This is the first time I’ve ever been this nervous about something – and I’ve been involved in a lot of athletic and other competitions. It’s the only thing I’ve ever been involved in that I feel very little if no control over the outcome. Good luck to you all!</p>
