I'm stuck between 4 different decisions!!

I applied to a few schools and I’ve gotten into most of them. However, I didn’t get into my top choice and so now I am stuck with 5 schools left over. I managed to cut one off the list but I’m still stuck between 4 and they are Alfred University, Cornell College (in Iowa), Ohio State University, and University of Cincinnati.
Cost isn’t an issue and I live in Ohio but I’m trying to pick the school with a good design program (graphic and/or illustration). I got into UC’s DAAP program but I am told that there’s a heavy amount of work and I won’t have a lot of other time on my hands and so I am troubled by that advice. None of the schools absolutely stand out to me to the extent that I love it (like my top choice did anyway but that doesn’t matter). Cornell had a rather intriguing academic program.

But anyway, what I’m trying to do is pick a school that has a good academic program, good design program and have Japanese language classes. I am trying to aim for a double major in Design and Japanese if possible. And also even better if the school offers study abroad in Japan.
I’m not really looking for people to pick a school for me but rather I’m trying to figure out the pros and cons of the schools and if anybody has some firsthand experience, it’d be even better.

Ohio State.

I think that’ll be the best fit for you because odds are they have some study abroad program to Japan because it is such a large school. But still congratulations on your acceptances. I have a few friends who go to OSU and LOVE it, especially if you’re into the sports.

I have to agree with Matt35. It seems like the larger institution in this case will afford you great flexibility.

Gotta go with OSU on this one too.

If you really want to get into design the DAAP at UC is the best option, by far.
