I got into Stern by EDII and have been a straight-A student my whole high school career up until my senior year. I got a job that started taking up most of my time and slowly started not putting my grades as a first priority. I currently have 2 C’s and 2 A’s. I’m trying to get the C’s to B’s, but I’m not 100% sure that’s possible anymore. I’ve been stressing about this for the past couple weeks and I wanted to hear from people if I should be worried about this or not.
Does your NYU acceptance letter list any second semester grade requirements?
If not, two Cs likely won’t result in rescinding your admission. Ds or Fs could be a different story. Can you cut back on your work hours for the next 6-8 weeks (or however much time is left in your second semester)?

I don’t believe there were any grade requirements on my acceptance letter. I only have about 5 weeks of school left and I could cut back on my hours. But I’m just not sure if this will be enough time for me to get my grades up.

Do that- get your grades up for you and your esteem.
You will not get rescinded for a C.
