immunization question

I am trying to get my immunization record done and it asks if I “currently hold a visa from U.S. Immigration Services.”

I am confused about this because I am going to go out of the country this summer and in my passport book, the area they stamp saying you went to another country is titled “VISAS”. Is that what they are talking about or is it asking if I am an immigrant that came to the US?

Are you an American citizen?

If you are, I’d either tick off “no” or “not applicable” if it’s just a multiple choice thing, and if there’s space for you to write something I’d write “Not applicable.”

I have no clue why they are asking you that, but what they are asking is whether, if you are not an American citizen, you are in the country legally. There are countries you don’t need a visa to visit, depending on what country you visit, but if you’re going to be living there as long as a semester and attending classes, you need a visa.

I think it means that if you are not an American citizen, do you hold a visa that allows you to be in this country. If you already are an American citizen I would check N/A. I would assume that this is not a solo question and is a part of a multiple choice question.
