“Impact of over intent” tyrannical policy that allows private colleges to create their own justice

Hello everyone,
I have been through college and while I condemn rape, assault and battery. These policies of impact over intent are also being applied to the ill-defined sexual miscount. What do we define by sexual miscount? Anything that makes the accuser uncomfortable. In college you can talk to a female student and say something she disagrees with and she can accuse you and get you in trouble, even if your intent was not sexual at all. It does not matter. Worst of all, not to talk to them and not even know them but if they think you are doing something that violates their safe space they will get you in trouble.

Colleges have become a mockery of excessive and unaccountable justice. When private institutions have the right to do as they please. There comes a point where justice takes the backseat to abuse. My argument comes not from complaining about the law but for demanding fairness. I hope that your son’s don’t have the same experience I did and you guys are able to restrict this policy.

Feminazis are pretty easy to spot. Don’t talk to them and you should be golden.

Really? We’re still using the term “Feminazi” in the year 2016?

Reserve that term for some group of women who openly advocate for the genocidal slaughter of certain groups of people. Until then, find a different buzzword.

What you are describing doesn’t exist on 99.9% of campuses, despite what the media says.

Yeah…

Pretty awkward moment when you end up sharing an apartment with one and catch a glimpse of their private blog where she promotes maiming of a certain group of people. And by certain group of people I mean males.

So what is this again about what the media says? Because despite all your cute little statistics of whether or not these magical unicorns exist, it seems OP and I have met some in real life.
