<p>How important is this class for engineering students? I know ME and CivilE need to take this class since it is used in upper divs. What about IEOR especially? Is it used at all in upper div classes/ will it help? I plan to take CS61A instead since I am interested in CS, but will I miss much by not using Matlab?</p>
<p>Also, when does Tele-Bears end? Online it says July 14. Is it already over,or does it end tomorrow? And if I messed up in Phase 1, can I change those classes in Phase 2?</p>
