I generally tend to do badly on AP Exams, though I am not sure why. I am applying to several competetive schools (ivies) and my AP Scores are predominately 3’s. Will this have a very negative impact on the way admissions officers view my application… despite me having B+'s and A’s in all of my AP classes? Will they realize that my scores on these exams are the reflection of my inability to relax during standardized tests, not my lack of understanding the material? I feel as if they may be confused over my good grades and bad test scores and punish me for it. Will that be the case?

Nowbody knows the precise answer. But as you can assume, 3s will not help you at all, but I don’t know if they can hurt you.
