<p>I want to apply ED to UPENN for BME and go to medical school like that.
I have plenty of questions though.</p>
<p>-How important is a UPENN interview in the ED admission process? I’m going to have one, I would just like to know if it affects my admission much.</p>
<p>-When I apply ED, how will UPENN recieve my class rank if I send in my application by November?</p>
<p>-What are important factors UPENN is looking for?</p>
<p>1) Not very- wont make or break u unless u swear/fall asleep/stuff like that
2) I think they look at rank as of Nov.1
3) Everything. Top three are grades,scores,essay</p>
<p>I’m pretty much in the same boat as you (major-wise).
I already had my interview and my interviewer told me it was very laid back. It’s really just a time for you to ask questions and for colleges to get a more personalized view of you.
Class rank is all based on your rank as of the end of your junior year. Because class ranks can’t be scored until the end of a school year, I’m pretty sure your junior year rank is the rank they see.</p>
