<p>Many Early Action applicants in the Eastern United States have expressed concern about missing our deadline due to the extreme weather conditions and power outages that have affected that area. We would like to reassure those applicants: We understand, and we encourage you to send in your UChicago Early Action application by Monday, November 7, 2011. </p>
<p>This is NOT meant as an application extension for all students. Please take advantage of this extension only if your area has recently been adversely affected by extreme weather. </p>
