Impossible?

How possible/realistic is it for a person to hit their target score or more on their first try? I heard it’s always best to do two and far more likely you’d do better on the second. I really don’t wanna make a career out of doing the SAT, just would like to do it once and reach my aim (which is 2100+), but don’t know how doable this is?

Thanks!

Only you can answer that question. If you haven’t done so already take a timed practice SAT from the Blue Book. The only section you can’t self grade is the essay. Assume an average score of 8-9 for that. How far off from your 2100 goal are you?

You’d be surprised.

I did much (MUCH) better than I though I would on my first try, around 150 points or so.

Point is, the amount of concentration and determination you get while taking the actual SAT makes the difference. (At least it did for me.)

Take matters into your own hands.
