Improvement/Review of Application and expectations

So currently I am a senior in high school. I have tried to do as many things as I could over the course of my 4 years to get into prestigious universities. I want to know what are my chances at some of the top universities and my target schools given my credentials and what if anything I can do to improve upon them.
Here are my grades and transcript. I got all A’s and currently sit at a 4.0 Unweighted GPA and a 4.64 Weighted UC GPA without counting my first semester of Senior year in that GPA. My semester GPAs for Junior and Senior year was 5.0. My major concern right now in my lack of taking three years of a foreign language as I instead took more AP’s. Will that affect anything? All the courses I took I got A’s in and I also included my AP scores next to the class.

My SAT scores are 1460 and I am taking the ACT this week and on practice tests am getting 33’s. I played two and a half years of Freshman-JV- Varsity Basketball before quitting Junior year. Also I am on varsity Mock trial for two and a half years in which we won our regional competition and got 2nd at state. I am also the Vice president of two clubs and the president of another investing club which ties into my desired Econ major.

My question now prior to filling out my applications is what are my chances at getting into the top colleges like Stanford, Harvard, UCLA, yale, UPenn, etc etc? What else could i do to improve my application as a whole because I still have three months left before I have to send out applications. My main school of choice is UCLA but I do want to get into schools like stanford and harvard and would attend if accepted. I live in California if that adds anything.

Does this seem like a solid application to submit to top schools? And if not what else could I do to improve it. Thank you

Why did you take AP CSA before AP CSP? CSP is the prerequisite in DD’s school. At this point I would drop APCSP in favor of another year of language. Also drop APES in favor of a lab science like AP Physics.

If you only took 2 years of foreign language I think that may be a problem. UCLA requires 2 years but recommends 3. I believe Harvard recommends 4, and Stanford 3 or more.

CSP was not offered and also there were not any other ap’s to take. I could have taken a language course but then I would probably forfeit my top class rank from 1-3 to probably the 10-15 range. Also the AP physics teacher and I sort of had a quarrel as he also taught honors chem so I decided that was probably not a good course to take.

I can begin a foreign language course right now and list it as an in progress course but that is the only thing I can do this late. It is an online course with two semesters but I am not sure if I can complete both semesters by admission time.

Also I ended up getting a 34.25 on my ACT which I think is a good score but the fact that im 1/4 of a point off of 35 grinds my gears a little bit
