Improving My Chances

I am a senior in high school. I have already auditioned for NYU, but I am very aware of how selective the program is. If I don’t get accepted this year and audition again next year, what are some things I could do to improve my chances. Do I go to community college or just work (possibly cosmetology school too)? Also, How large are the resumes of those who have been accepted? Thank you!

I would say that if you are not accepted first try to contact an admissions person and find out where you fell short. Was it your grades, your audition, etc and then work on that . You should have a list of other schools as well because there are many programs for performing arts.
