<p>Talk about unawareness and no planning. I am an International student with decent grades. But all my 4 HS years, I had been wasting time. There is not a single EC that I can proudly boast about. Here is a summary:</p>
<p>O-Level Result : 6 As 2 Bs
A-Level Result : 3 As
ECs : Nothing worth mentioning.
SAT scores : 760 M 540 CR 520 W (I have solid reasons for low score. So I can improve greatly)
I strongly believe, although an assumption on your part, that I can improve my record by leaps and bounds. </p>
<p>I hate my college, however, it is the best engineering college here. I have one year. After that I apply somewhere abroad and run away. So, two years here and two years elsewhere. Advise me, please, what should I do to greatly improve my application. Be specific about ECs. Are they still very important?</p>
