<p>Yes. I rose it from high 500 to a 700 (though I could have done better) in a month. Writing section + 1 hour of analyzing what you got right, trying to get a better understanding of english grammar + asking CC for things you are stumped on after that hour + waiting for a response + learning from it ((repeat for each test you take)</p>

<p>if you got a ~500 and you were actually focused and have previously taken the tests…, in other words, if you consistently get ~500, it might be difficult. but unlike CR (which i find is very difficult ): , writing is fairly easy to up. best way is to be exposed to different types of questions, but there is like a list of the different things theyre testing. read through the list and know what to expect on the test. then it will be easier to spot the mistakes. good luck!</p>

I don’t think it depends on the amount of time you have left until the test. It mostly will depend on how many wrtiting practice tests you can fit in before the test (don’t over do it though). If you can do around 5-6 writing practice tests before the test, you should be able to increase your score to the mid 600’s. I improved from mid 500’s to 650-700 in about 1-3 weeks through 6 practice tests.</p>
