Would you recommend the Macbook or a regular Windows computer?
@uweinna There are a few problems with the Macbook but nothing you can’t handle 
i already have a macbook, so if i do get in, that’s what i’ll use.
do you know what problems there are?
@llanaknits There are some problems downloading applications and submitting documents etc. to the student server. But the kids generally find a way
I really hope these next 3 months are going to pass by quick. So far, I haven’t been able to forget about the small flaws in my application.

Anyone went to the District Meet for NSML (Math Team) yesterday? How did it go?
I was at mine! Freshman got second but what I found funny was that all schools scored pretty poorly. I think first place overall was only 149 or something.
i’m not on math team, but at my school freshmen literally got 0 points
At our meet, the freshmen at Rolling Meadows all got 0 points haha. My school won with 214. Got a perfect on the freshman and a 4 on the sophomore.
Haha, I think that the school that got first for freshmen was only like 19 or something and the other three schools got 0s. Oh well, could’ve been worse, I mean. /shrug

Guys, you shouldn’t worry at all. If you check out the previous posts, @notarapper clearly states that SAT scores don’t matter a lot. They are just a tiny bit of your application. You got your essays, ec’s, teacher recs, GPA, awards, parent statement, and demographics. And somewhere in there, you got your SAT scores. You all will do fine.
