I know most of he people are math and science lovers (including me), but are any of you guys currently at Model UN at the University of Chicago? It would be cool to meet you guys!!
tbh they should replace Model UN with just a bunch of computers that have Civilization V installed on them /s
civilization V is bomb! and sadly, they don’t have Model UN at my school
Model UN does seem like a very fun activity. Wish we had it at my school.

Wow, this wide range of extra-curricular activities is unfortunately not available in my school. I think the main reason for this is because I live in central Illinois. But I do take Scholastic Bowl, chess team, and peer leadership. Are anyone of you guys going to the state meet (chess team) at Peoria Civic Center?
Also, anyone here live in central Illinois? No offense, but all I find are students from northern Illinois.

@ck1012 i’m on team 111. it would be cool to meet you at one of the competitions! i just looked and our teams got 15th and 16th at central illinois last year.
@PlanarStuff no, but some of my prospect friends were. which regional are you guys going to?
and yea overall, a lot of applicants are from northern illinois but remember that’s where illinois’s population is concentrated.
