<p>My husband just experienced an amazing customer service situation that I just had to tell about it. He had just placed an order for flowers on-line with FTD for mother’s day. Right after he submitted it, he realized that he had put in the wrong date. His mother was going to get her flowers a week later! As he was sitting there glaring at the computer, the phone rang and it was FTD. They had notice the date and wanted to make sure it was correct. Fifteen seconds later the mistake was cleared up and the flowers will now be delivered on the correct date. We were just amazed at this experience. Anyhow, so many times we complain about bad service, that I just felt like telling about a good experience.</p>
