In State tuition for children of Police??

I was just reading an article ( http://www.kiplinger.com/article/college/T042-C011-S003-get-in-state-tuition-at-out-of-state-colleges.html ) that mentioned some colleges offer in state tuition to children of Police officers. Does anyone know of any?
