Hi everyone. I just want to ask if I’m eligible to pay for in state tuition in SJSU. My visa type is H-4. Thank you for the reply :slight_smile:

http://www.sjsu.edu/gape/prospective_students/residency/ indicates that you may be eligible for residency as an H-4 visa holder if you are a dependent of an H-1 visa holder.
