I was wondering, as an out of state student, if it was possible to qualify for in-state tuition to USC Columbia. My SAT scores are a little low (1750), but my weighted GPA is a 4.89. I have some extra curriculars and am involved in a few clubs.

If you receive one of the named scholarships (like the McKissick) then yes, you will receive the in-state tuition rate. If you’re asking about your chances for receiving one of those scholarships, hopefully someone else with more information can help. But I can say that my dd qualified for the McKissick with higher SATs and lower (I think) GPA than what you listed.
