is a D+ better than an F. And what if it’s supplemented by a 5 on a corresponding AP exam?
(also assume there is no good excuse for the failing grade).

I realize not many of you probably have had intimate experience with the policy, but maybe you know others who have?

no excuse. just get the stupid C. How are you already failing a class 2.5 months in? Not to mention you got another 2.5 months to pick it up.

My school’s on a trimester system (so actually there is only one week left). But I realize this is a poor question, probably. Everyone’s situation is so unique and special (like mine) that I’ll probably just have to see how they evaluate my case (assuming I get in, in the first place, that is).

you sure you can’t get that C- at least? You’re already at a D+. Talk to the teacher. I mean you gotta have a good reason to get the D/F. And even then I’m not sure if they will let you in. I mean the question has been asked around this board a lot especially after decisions come out (and all the SSS slack off) and the end of the year approaches.
