In the Common App it asks for my highest composite ACT score. Do you put my composite superscore in, or do I put my highest single-sitting test score?

In the Common App it asks for my highest composite ACT score. I am going to be superscoring from 3 test . Do you put my composite superscore in? or do I put my highest single-sitting test score? The reason I am asking is I know below I will put my hightest score for each section and test date but but my highest composite ACT score in one sitting is lower.

Enter the highest composite from a single sitting. Some schools will use your highest section scores to calculate a super score, some won’t.

My concern is my highest composite score is lower. If a school says they superscore will they calculate that instead.

I understand and that’s the case for many students. Put your highest single sitting composite in the common app.

Yes, you need put the highest single there. Usually, if a school superscores, their application system will automatically calculate your superscore based on your section scores when they upload in your application.
