<p>My senior year of high school (last year) I recieved a NROTC scholarship to UT-Austin. However, I declined it due to my want to attend a different school, as well as the fact that I would not have passed the medical qualifications to become a naval aviator, which was my desired posistion.
Now, I am applying to transfer to another college, and i’m wondering if I should include this on my resume that i’m sending them. Even though I declined it, the NROTC scholarship process is very selective. So should I include this an an academic achievement?</p>
