<p>I realize that sending in AP scores is optional for Stanford, but I feel it’d be stupid not to. However, I have four 5’s and one 4 – should I report the 4 as well? I plan to re-take the class in college so I’m not looking for credit at all.</p>

<p>A 4 is nothing to be ashamed of. I would say include it, because it shows that you followed through with the class, took the exam, and did pretty well.</p>
