I’m writing about moving from place to place, and using different views on gay marriage as an example of how one place differed from another. In the first place my whole community was okay with gay marriage, and I thought that that was the only opinion on it because I was really young. But I moved and suddenly there were people in this new place that opposed gay marriage, and it was the first time I had ever heard that gay marriage was not normal or acceptable.
This would be just one example that I’m using and it would take up maybe 3 sentences of a 250 word response. I wouldn’t give my opinions on the topic or give any argument of either side of the debate. Would that be okay? Or should I just be safe about it? Because that experience was honestly pretty significant to me
