I’m planning on taking Physics 137AB, 141AB, and MAYBE 110A later on. Also, I’ve been interested in learning more about math, minus the proofs. This has been a course that has interested me for a while.

A student who took it last year apparently had an easy time, especially with the short midterms, and all, although it MAY be different with Neu. I’m wondering how the class is, for those who have taken it. I’m worried about how time-consuming this class can be, and how hard the class really is conceptually.

And if this helps in any way, I’ve enjoyed Math 53 but not so much for 54.

If this helps, I’ll be taking three other technical classes, including chem 112a and e45. I’ve done pretty well with three technical classes last semester. Some time will need to be dedicated to work, however.

So MyEdu supposedly says the workload index for 121a is 2.5/10, or “light.” Of course, I doubt it’s that credible

Anyway, so I’m choosing between Music 27 and Math 121a. Music 27 because I know it’s easy, stress-free, and people say it’s interesting. However, after playing music and being exposed to music, I’m afraid this may feel like a 6th grade music class and will feel extremely dull. I do want to feel like I’ve learned, after all. That’s an advantage to Math 121a. There’s also interest, as I’ve said before. Of course, I don’t know how this class will factor into my overall workload.

bump

Has anyone here even taken Math 121a?
