<p>Jeff just posted the stats of the latest class on his blog. Great blog post, love the pics!</p>

<p>Highlights are that it is another large class (1604) so not surprising that there seems to have been few to none taken from the wait list, at least from CC people. Also makes me think the person that said (quite some months ago) that they had heard that Tulane was going to move to incoming classes of more like 1400 must have misunderstood. I doubted it at the time, now it seems even less likely.</p>

<p>Nice stat lines for the class, especially the average SAT of 1344 (CR+M).</p>

<p>That’s my goal, to give you lively dinner conversation! I know on the screen that sounds snarky, but actually that is part of the point of all this, to create conversation, both here and out there in the “real” world. I especially like it when people tell me that it really helped them talk to their kids by knowing more about whatever the topic is than they otherwise would have, or because the kids feel more comfortable talking about things when they see how many people have the same questions/issues.</p>
