<p>Colleges are used to this kind of thing. But if I were you, I’d hound the teacher, GC or whatever until they send their stuff in. They don’t have any incentive to get the stuff in on time. If you have to, get your parents involved (a call from a parent is bound to get more attention). It’s your future.</p>
<p>Most colleges will not read your ap until it is complete… if you are a strong candidate they may skim it… but generally a decision will not be made until the application is complete</p>
