If I was already accepted through Early Action and will be getting an Incomplete grade for a class with a note stating that there was an error and that there will be a grade change soon after first semester grades come out, should I worry about my admission offer being rescinded.

Thanks

I don’t understand. Your grade should be fixed by the time your high school sends the transcript to UM in June or so. They shouldn’t even know about it. Incompletes are given at UM too if circumstances permit, and we get a month or something like that. It’s not an F. If you’re really worried just tell the office to get it right before sending.

Your first semester grades don’t need to be sent, as UMich does not require a midyear report, until your transcript is sent after the academic year is over, as steellord321 said. You’re fine.
