<p>If my teacher for some reason does not finish a recommendation, will it still be sent to the college? </p>
<p>For example, this college requires a Science recommendation, but the teacher does not finish, what happens? What if I add an extra Science recommendation to it from another teacher? Will it send a complete one and an incomplete one?</p>
