1) I have 5-6 hours of free time everyday that I usually spend unwisely by going here and facebook. I could use those hours to study Pre-Calc instead.

2) In Geometry, I never took notes/studied for tests and still passed the class with an A. For Algebra 2, I have to take notes and study a lot for tests, but I still have an A in the class.

3) My current Algebra 2 teacher teaches Pre-Calc, so she can give me mini-lessons and quizzes/tests to see if I actually grasp the concept or not.

Whenever someone talks about Pre-Calc in this forum, the vibe I get is that Pre calc is a joke of a class that everyone sleeps in and still gets As, or the majority of people self-study it and manage to do fine in Calculus.

So, is it possible to successfully self-study Pre calc in 30 days with the above 3? I want to do this because I transferred to a more rigorous IB High School (I absolutely love it, switching out is not an option, plus there are so many hot chicks there :P) where the majority of Sophomores are taking AP Calc, whereas I am 2 years behind in Algebra 2. The Calculus entrance exam for summer school community college is in 30 days, so my idea is that I self-study pre calc in 30 days with the help of my teacher, take calc over the summer, and then take IB Math HL with the current sophomores next year. Due to budget cuts, I am unable to take pre calc over the summer. I would have self studied Pre-Calc sooner, but my school was still deciding whether or not they would offer pre-calc over the summer this year, and finally took this long to give us the answer -.-.
