If you Google “antisemitism” and the names of the universities, you should find numerous articles about the prevalence of antisemitism and hate speech on those campuses. For example, Penn’s past president resigned after testifying before Congress that she believed calls for genocide of Jews and the State of Israel were protected speech at Penn; a faculty member at Cornell gave a speech right after October 7, 2023 where he said that he was “exhilarated” by the invasion of Hamas into Israel; another faculty member at Cornell stated that she believes Israel does not have “a right to exist”; a student at Cornell made numerous online threats to kill Jewish students and shoot up the Jewish dining hall at Cornell.
