<p>My family wants to eat at an Indian restaurant when they drop me off. Does anyone have suggestions for the BEST Indian restaurant near MIT? (Authenticity doesn’t matter as much as purely delicious food). Also, we like buffets…some of my siblings are perpetually on growth spurts…</p>
<p>I will preface this by saying that I started eating Indian food at MIT, so my palate is probably awful.</p>
<p>My favorite is [India</a> Samraat](<a href=“http://www.indiasamraat.com/]India”>http://www.indiasamraat.com/), which is on Mass Ave in Boston (~1 mi from MIT).
I’ve also eaten at a buffet restaurant just north of campus on Main Street (which I seem to think is called India Buffet, but cannot find confirmation of this), which has a pretty good buffet. It’s right across the street from Royal East.</p>
