How Can Anyone Hate The Fountainhead???

That Book Rocked My Life

I Am Roark Personified

I Love Capitalism

I Love Ayn Rand

I Hate Altruists

if you are roark personified then

a.) You have no social skills
b.) you enjoy raping random women

You psychopath :D

I hate Ayn Rand
I hate altruists
I love capitalism
I am not roark personified
That book was a pathetic piece of **** that I felt glad I was presented and had not wasted my money on

roark didn’t have social skills…

hmm but he was unconventioanl.

he wasn’t a drone

he is what i was refering to as the “charmer” etc. be different. he didn’t stick to rules- like our drones who slog their @ss’s off mugging text books.

I don’t find him remotely charming. i find him quite repulsive.

And will someone expain why that psycho female married that Windpipe guy?

Well RS,I dont dont know why u hate ppl who mug text books-u never know when that person might turn out to be the real different person :p

No AB that is not in the realm of possibility. A mugger can’t be a Roark.

Dominique Francon was a sadist/masochist as far as I can make out, so that should explain it sucrita.

she was using roark

like he was using her

everyone live for themself

it doesnt explain anything.

I think old windpipe was the best character :)

heh.

whatever happened to true love :p

and if anyone’s read atlas shrugged- you will notice the freakish similarity between the circumstances of that age and reservations in the private sector…

gahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

the day there a r private sector reservations i will immolate myself on dalal street

but i dont understand why wynand gave him the contract in the end-and how did he get the money for it?

I found Ayn rand very disturbing actually-methinks she was a real life TOOHEY who wrote all this crap philosophy to hook the rebel generation and youth-

well if you mug all your life you can get a great job maybe.

but your boss will be someone who thinks diferently, acts differently and has people skills.

fact of life.

even great scintists and researchers need to think outside the box. confine yourself to the norm and you’ll probably wash dishes in the lab for the rest of your life.

Not really true

also lets face it-theres no one in this world who mugs all their life
evryine gets a course correction sooner or later in life

yeah absolutlely. Sooner or later youll be going out and facing life head on…you’ll learn then :)

by ‘mugging’ i am broadly rferring to people who are not broadminded enought to embrace change.

and there are tons of people like that

prime example- people following religious ractices which have lost all significance in todays world. a certain religion conducts classes in bbay which preaches that the earth is still flat, man has not reached the moon. and college students like me, who are studying SCIENCE, believe it. why? because their priest/parents tell them it’s true.

btw RS,i have naturally oily hair and I need to put copius amounts of coconut oil regularly to meke it less oily- (weird)

Im guessing im one of ur nerd types…

prime example- people following religious PRactices which have lost all significance in todays world.

which all have?Im mot aware of any-sorry.Evry religius practise that I know of has a sound base.

Earth is still flat?why would any religion preach it?

flat in sense that if you walk towards the edge you will fall off eventually

im not implying that everyone with oily hair and glasses is a geek.
ur knowledge of matters outside the textbook is unbelievable. u r definately not a geek.

yea, animal sacrifce? basis?
