My yale app isn’t even complete and you already have your lousy ID :(

“Oh do you ramble in essays too?”
LOL are you crazy? You thought I (or anyone, for that matter) actually write anything of use or that makes sense? I inserted lyrics to a Rage Against the Machine song in my essay (Settle for nothing)!!!

Mmmmmm I have nice imagery in my mind. I’d definitely pick this one ;)

I uote song lyrics in every essay. This time I used Pink Floyd duh. The song, appropriately enough was Time with super awesome mind blowingly good lyrics :)

As for the nice imagery…well I dunno how much I would have got for writing about the nice imagery so I decided against it
But seriously I think the Councils lightened up a little- there was a surprisingly risque question on the Ferdinand Miranda romance in the lit paper :p

astrix doesn’t write rambling essays. his are short and sweet and crisp.

there isn’t much action between ferdinand and miranda to write about… just two scenes and you’re done.

as for quoting lyrics, well I didn’t quote em - I dropped them right in the middle of a paragraph (as prose).

We have a highly literary English teacher who went into all kinds of details about the Tempest (and poetry)which she implored us to keep out of the ISC answer scripts :p

Yes that is also what I meant (and did)

whether your app is complete or not is not the point, they should have given you your ID by now. Flood them with emails and you should get it. (atleast thats what I did)

I dont use a graphing calculator, since none of the exams or classes i take allow me to use one. So its pretty much graphing the function on your own most of the time.

They do? If so, give me the rest of my papers will you? Id be greatly indebted to you!! :)

I havent yet found someone who hasnt. The paper was simple but too damn long

such! you’re much too nice.
thank you. made my night.

and there was also a lot of disparity between the sets this time

Yep, I agree. I probably got the easiest set (the one without Kirchoff’s Law).
Like everyone: my paper was ok

oh yeah and Astrix: shhhh ;)

ha :)

“cooldude” hmmmm. yet another split personality.

Okay guys the latest update on my ongoing missing materials saga is -

2) Yale said fax em, (they are too informal…)
3) UPenn - app is already out for review, will be notified if anything’s still missing
