Yeah I’ve been able to get into the GSA sight but under applications it only shows the GSA not the SSA
We didn’t see SSA until after we submitted the GSA.

I’m having the same issue. Is this a reoccurring theme? I’m a hutton admit and I know there’s hhc stuff through the SSA so I’m worried I won’t be able to apply for those.
That is not accurate. Hutton is GSA.

Is it possible you are not admitted to one of the colleges to which SSA applies?
I’m admitted to Kelley, and I believe my stats put me in the qualifying range
Kelley is apart of the SSA right? Ive already received merit from admissions. I wonder if anything else disqualifies me
I’m in the same boat. It’s a bit annoying because I believe I should qualify based on the stats for the SSA, and the SSA closes in just over a month
You should call admissions if you can do it without annoyance. Not everyone with high stats is invited for SSA but also SSA takes a few weeks so if you were admitted in mid-Dec it might just not be there yet.
GSA is not bad scholarships as it seems sometimes on this site. SSA is not great scholarships. GSA matches you for all IU scholarships. SSA is specific to the particular colleges. Do not be misled by the words “general” and “selective” as those refer to the qualifications for the scholarships not the worthiness of the applicant or largesse of the scholarship.

I was admitted early December so I think it would have processed by now unfortunately. I’ll reach out to them over the phone and see what they say. I just find it hard to believe that I woudnt be able to apply for Kelley’s SSA stuff
For those of us still waiting to get the initial decision. I just spoke with Admissions. She said that it’s random and that just because we haven’t heard doesn’t mean they are not going to be accepted. She said that we will all know between now and Jan 15th. Anyone here still waiting?
