Indicating SUPA Courses on the Common App?

So I would select 1 college, and click Syracuse University: Project Advance. Okay.
Then I'd click course taught on secondary/high school campus and college credit awarded. Okay.</p>

<p>But I have a problem for the dates.</p>

<p>I took 1 SUPA course in 10th grade (9/2012 - 6/2013), and am currently enrolled in 2 (9/2014 - 1/2015 AND 9/2014 - 6/2015)</p>

<p>So, what do I do?</p>
