<p>I have got admits from Penn state and Rutgers for an MS in Industrial Engg…however m very confused which one I shud attend!!!</p>
<p>Penn state is pretty expensive considering that I am an International student…so i really wanna know whether its worth paying that extra bit…to attend penn state! And any other reasons why any of the above is better is welcome!!!</p>

<p>Rutgers…go to Rutgers. Great program…good school…old school (Founded in 1766) Rutgers to my knowledge also has more diversity in regards to the student population and is within 30 minutes of New York and 45 from Philadelphia.</p>
<p>As an international student you would feel right at home @ Rutgers. You will have easy train access to both NYC and philly. You won’t get that in the Wilds of Pennsy, but then that is some beautiful peaceful country @ Penn State.</p>
<p>PSU has a top 10 Industrial Engineering program. Rutgers isn’t even top 50.</p>
