<p>in researching stafford loans, i came across the UT preferred lender list and narrowed it down to top three choices for loan lenders. These are for SUBSIDIZED stafford loans ONLY! i havent researched the unubsidized yet, and PLUS loans arent really recommended anyway. The top 3 are:</p>
